Hermon Middle School recently concluded a successful Unity Week, a campaign dedicated to promoting kindness, acceptance, and preventing bullying. Students and staff participated in various activities aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
As part of the week, students pledged to not be bullies and to stand up to bullying behavior. They also contributed to a "Uni-Tree" by adding leaves with messages about how they can be upstanders. The leaves featured ideas such as being a good listener, offering help, and encouraging others.
The Unity Week initiative was a resounding success, demonstrating the school community's commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for all students.
